Bar Nouveau
Bar Nouveau is always a good idea. That’s what Audrey Hepburn said right? or is it just every bartender who visits Paris that does?
Bar Nouveau is a safe haven for every single bartender who takes the craft even remotely serious. The design, the coziness, the cocktails and most important of all: The Hospitality. this establishment sets the bar (see what I did there?) extremely high. I was lucky enough to find a spot in this bar and try the insanely tasty drink and the extreme hospitality this spot has to offer.
Getting a feel for the city
a city that moves incredibly fast and yet keeps the romanticism of taking the time to enjoy the better things in life.
walking around the city is always a paradoxical experience. at one extremity there’s a certain rush in the city; cars, bicycles and mopeds are rushing by the other extremity: people enjoying a drink and each others company on one of the numerous bistro’s in the city
